The AB Shot SV6 is a flexible machine able to cover all production ranges from small to large surfaces including mass production work. A large sandblasting height of 1800mm on the upper side opening allows even higher sandblasting capability with two-meter-high automatic fences each side. It has a filter with automatic cleaning and a soundproof cartridge minimising noise level. The SV6 has excellent work speeds of 1m2/2min, comfortably working with glass thicknesses from 3 to 100mm.
Up to 60 fields of work can be created on the part to be sandblasted with the possibility to adjust the intensity of the sandblasting, also giving the ability to degrade progressively. Sandblasting several pieces or zones with different pressures is possible to achieve different finishes. Conveyor belt feed distance is controlled with automatic belt return movement whilst start and end of work visuals are clearly displayed. There is the choice to work with one or two automatic guns and the option to include an additional manual gun for finishing if required. Limit switches can be set to your exact requirements or removed to avoid production interruption if needed. The program can memorise the dimensions of pieces for ease and repeatability
