• Lower costs – Bavelloni manufacture and test all tools in House, delivering direct helps us to avoid third part handling and labeling costs. Our prices are available on request and we will match any like for like quote!

• Lower noise levels –Vibration noise dramatically reduced due to newly developed compound and high precision balancing. -20 DB compared to B-star or BD wheels.

• Higher polishing speeds – the compounds used are greatly different from the standard BD versions allowing for elasticity, rigidity and durability.

• Consistent quality – Tested & developed in house on a range of machines which is a unique capability and provides proven polishing results.

• Dimensional precision within 0.05mm – precision ground bores in line with the Outside diameter within 0.05 offers reduced vibration and improved quality.
